Mr. Prabir Kumar Das, a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with an MBA in Finance. He is also a law graduate from Utkal University, Odisha having more than 20 years post qualification experience in various departments. He is the Company Secretary. He is responsible for compliance of company legislation, management & advising Board of Directors regarding all statutory requirements. He brought the corporate governance of this company to its dizzying height. Mr. Gobinda Nayak, CFO of the company and having more than 22 years post qualification experience in Corporate Finance, Taxation and Accountancy. As an independent professional, he has undertaken a number of steel projects and successfully faced challenges in the steel sector. He heads the Accounts & Taxation department and also looks after acquisitions, takeovers, mergers, demergers as per company requirements.
